Washington Hospital Service’s LEAD Academy is the perfect solution for newly minted managers to round out their leadership and management skills. It offers 6 days of skills training and role playing spread out over 6 months with a cohort of new leaders from across the state. The academy is led by a highly regarded executive coach with decades of experience in management, management training, and coaching executives. Graduates of the LEAD Academy will be able to:
- Successfully transition from being a peer to a manager and leader;
- Build and lead effective teams and coach individual team members to success;
- Improve their and their team’s interpersonal and communication skills; and
