Public hospital districts can take the AWPHD Commissioner Survey

The Association of Washington Public Hospital Districts (AWPHD) has created a quick five-question survey regarding the status of their public hospital district (PHD) commissioners. The goal of this survey is to help AWPHD get a picture of the PHD leadership landscape. This information will only be utilized by AWPHD for statistical reasons.
