Courses
Project Management Foundations for Healthcare – 24 PDUs/Contact hours
Learn project management concepts, methodologies and best practices required to lead health care projects with confidence. Participants will complete a “real” project start to finish in small groups and give presentations at the end for feedback. This eight-week virtual course costs $1,545/person, and it starts Aug. 7.
Beyond Foundations: Determining Business Requirements – 24 PDUs/Contact hours
Participants will learn the concepts of business requirements, agile methodologies and frameworks and how to handle projects with varying degrees of uncertainty. We will facilitate small group discussions, case study exercises, hands-on simulations and presentations
This eight-week virtual course costs $1,545 per person, and it starts Oct. 2.
Bundle options – 48 PDUs/Contact Hours
The bundle includes the Foundations course and Beyond Foundations course and costs
$2,545 per person ($545 in savings).
