Support staff development and retain your employees by signing them up for Washington Hospital Services’ education programs. Encourage your staff to register for Project Management courses to develop the skills they need to manage projects. They will learn project management concepts, tools, and best practices required to lead complex health care projects, and they will earn PMI credits along the way to maintain or acquire a PMI certification. These courses are open to ALL health care staff – no prior project management training or experience is required.
In celebration of Women’s History Month, we encourage our hospitals to provide the opportunity to women from groups that historically have faced barriers to leadership advancement, including BIPOC and the LBGTQ community.
