Patient safety visionary Dr. Byan Sexton to give keynote at Northwest Patient Safety Conference

The Washington Patient Safety Coalition will hold its Northwest Patient Safety Conference May 7 at the DoubleTree Seattle Airport. The conference will begin with a breakfast keynote from Dr. Bryan Sexton from Duke University, who has spent years studying teamwork, safety and resilience in high-risk environments and who research has been used around the world in more than 3,000 hospitals.
