Cybersecurity Awareness Month is a global effort to help everyone stay safe and protected when using technology whenever and however you connect. CloudWave’s Sensato Cybersecurity is proud to partner with this online safety and education initiative this October.
Cybersecurity Awareness Month is co-managed by CISA and the National Cybersecurity Alliance (NCA). Along with CISA and CNA, Sensato Cybersecurity is promoting four key behaviors during October to encourage health care organizations and their employees to take control of their online lives:
Share these tips with your teams:
- Use strong passwords and a password manager
- Turn on multifactor authentication
- Recognize and report phishing
- Update your software
To get more information about these four key areas, check out Cloudwave’s Sensato Cybersecurity’s cybersecurity awareness toolkit for health care for educational videos and documents to share with your teams.
Throughout October, Sensato will provide tips that you can share with your staff so they can become more cyber-aware and, therefore, safer whenever they are online. Additionally, we will share what your organization can do to thwart attacks to protect your network and patients better.
Sign up here if you haven’t already joined Sensato Cybersecurity’s Cybersecurity Insider Program. By joining the Insider Program community, you will get exclusive access to monthly live cybersecurity education, on-demand webinars and access to threat intelligence.
