New wage disclosure requirements for job postings take effect Jan. 1, 2023

This year the Washington State legislature passed SB 5761 (2022), which require job postings to include a salary range or wage scale and general benefit information beginning January 1, 2023. To support compliance, the Department of Labor & Industries issued guidance for employers on the elements that must be listed in job postings once the law takes effect.
