Project Management Foundations for Healthcare – 24 PDUs/Contact Hours
- Learn project management concepts, methodologies and best practices required to lead healthcare projects with confidence.
- Complete a “real” project start to finish in small groups and give presentations at the end for feedback
- This six-week virtual course costs $1,800/person and starts April 2.
Beyond Foundations: Determining Business Requirements – 24 PDUs/Contact Hours
- Learn the concepts of business requirements, Agile methodologies and frameworks, and how to handle projects with varying degrees of uncertainty.
- Participate in small group discussions, case study exercises and simulations.
- This six-week virtual course costs $1,800/person and starts Oct. 7.
