March 5: Webinar on new federal public charge rule

On Thursday March 5, WSHA will host a members-only webinar on the new federal public charge rule that took effect on Monday. Under the rule, receipt of certain government benefits could impact the legal status of certain immigrant populations. While the application of the rule is narrow, it has created significant fear and concern for patients. The webinar will include an overview of the rule and guidance for hospitals.
