L&I to Host Webinars on Equal Pay and Opportunities Act

The Washington State Department of Labor & Industries will be hosting educational webinars on the Equal Pay and Opportunities Act. The law prohibits gender-based pay and advancement discrimination in the workplace. According to L&I, the webinars will cover the law’s provisions, enforcement process, and resources for employers. Webinars are scheduled for August 27, September 15, October 29 and November 19. Registration information is available here.  (David Streeter)
