The Healthcare Labor Standards (HLS) Program wants your feedback to improve communications around mandatory overtime and meal and rest break requirements. The survey is anonymous and contains six questions. It also provides space for suggestions or comments on how they can improve.
Survey responses are due March 5.
HLS also offers a several ways to keep up with the law’s requirements:

- Read up on the latest policies for meal and rest breaks and mandatory overtime.
- Review fact sheets, meal and rest break reporting guidance document and user guide.
