Participants will learn empirically validated techniques for advancing interests and how to increase the quality of the agreements they negotiate to maximize potential value for themselves and their organizations.
This program is ideal for both rising and senior leaders who already have some experience with negotiation and are looking to further refine their skills. It is designed to help participants master advanced strategies, confidently handle high-stakes scenarios and successfully execute complex negotiations in diverse and dynamic environments. The curriculum was developed and is taught by a current Harvard Kennedy School professor.
