Webinar participants will meet course trainers, receive a detailed briefing on LEAD Academy training and hear from graduates of the LEAD Academy. The course itself takes place over six days — usually once a month over six months. Two modules are covered each day. The course is tailored for recently hired, newly appointed or previously untrained health care managers and supervisors, and those on a leadership track.
