Join us for Washington Hospital Services’ first session of the LEAD Academy Oct. 7. Designed for health care supervisors and managers, the LEAD program uses experiential learning to empower recently hired, newly appointed or previously untrained health care leaders to better understand and use their strengths. The Oct. 7 session will cover two modules: from peer to manager to leader, and resolving interpersonal conflict. Participants will gain the tools to differentiate between leadership and management/supervision, use the approach best suited to each situation, identify common sources of conflict and more.
Registration fees include all materials, continuing education credits, breakfast, lunch and a certificate of completion. If there is interest, we will follow-up with the entire 12-module program. Click here learn more and register. (Beth Zborowski)
