Healthier Washington in collaboration with the Washington Health Care Authority and UW Center for Health Workforce Studies is conducting a 10-20 minute online survey every four months about your experiences and emerging workforce demand trends. The survey is being conducted by the Health Workforce Sentinel Network. The Sentinel Network was created to help Washington State prepare for and respond to changes in the health workforce.
The network will help inform recommendations and strategies for the governor and legislature in addressing shortages and other health workforce needs. The data will be collected, analyzed and displayed through a web-based dashboard, revealing regional trends and relevant health workforce data from other sources.
All submitted data will be confidential and the results will only be reported in aggregate. No individual organization’s information will be identifiable. Click here to learn more, or email firstname.lastname@example.org. (Brenda Parnell)
