The Washington State Legislature directed the Joint Legislative Audit and Review Committee (JLARC) to review three psychiatry consultation lines: Partnership Access Line (PAL), Psychiatry Consultation Line (PCL), and PAL for Moms. (View the JLARC study overview.)
The JLARC needs your help. A critical part of this review is gathering input from health care providers who have used the line(s). They need to know what works well and what can be improved with the services.
Focus group information: The JLARC are asking callers to participate in a 30-minute Zoom focus group. Focus groups start December 2021 and continue until 30 focus groups have been completed. JLARC hired the Social Development Research Group (SDRG) at the University of Washington to facilitate the groups.
