Employees quit bad managers, not companies. Washington Hospital Services’ LEAD Academy helps new health care managers and supervisors develop the skills they need to become competent managers. Participants will learn how to communicate effectively with their team members, how to coach their employees to higher performance and how to give feedback people can actually use. This can lead to increased productivity and better workplace culture, which ultimately leads to improved business performance. Hiring and training new employees is an investment. You can reduce employee turnover and save money in the long run by onboarding your new health care managers and supervisors with the LEAD Academy.
Visit the LEAD Academy registration page for program details. For more information, email Jenn Bui, jennb@wsha.org.
