On behalf of WSHA, we are excited to launch The Regenerative Leader Program for hospital and health system CEOs, administrators and site leaders. This six-month program is designed to promote communal resilience. Each month will feature a one-hour webinar with topics that will deepen your understanding, challenge your current habits and help you explore new ways of growing as a regenerative leader.
The program runs from February through July, and while participation in all six modules is not a requirement, committing to these hours (just one hour a month) will help you work steadily toward a desired outcome.
The content aims to take you beyond the daily topics of resilience, performance and time management, and into a space where you can master your personal energy and resources. The basics of regeneration are what make nature grow from itself, keeping the right balances and relationships in place. Having a deep understanding of this through practical topics will help you work from the possibilities and solve the roadblocks along the way.
WSHA is offering this program in response to member feedback from the “Getting Back to Community Through Organizational Wellness” keynote and workshop at the 2024 WSHA & AWPHD Rural Hospital Leadership Conference and the 2024 WSHA CEO Retreat. It is also in support of WSHA’s 2025-2027 strategic plan objective to “achieve safety and quality initiatives that advance resilience.”
