Health care professions licensure renewal: DOH extension until Oct. 16 for those in renewal process

DOH is granting an extension until Oct. 16, 2020 for health care profession licenses that are “in the renewal process.” Specific information from DOH can be found here. Please note that licenses that expired on Sept. 30, 2020, will be listed as “expired” on the provider credential search website. WSHA strongly encourages providers to mail their licensure application and obtain postmarking ASAP. For those mailed after Sept. 30, please refer to information on the DOH website about late fees.
