HCA Publishes Moderna COVID-19 Booster Billing Codes, Revises Vaccine Clinical Policy and Fee Schedule

The Health Care Authority published new codes for Moderna COVID booster and administration, as well as announced updates to its clinical vaccine policy and fee schedule for COVID-19 services.  The new codes are retroactive to March 29, 2022.  More information is available in the HCA bulletin.
