The Healthcare Quality Foundation is accepting applications for grants to pay for the cost of the Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) certification exam. The CPHQ certification is an internationally recognized certification for patient safety and health care quality professionals. Applications are being accepted until Jan. 31, 2020 and recipients of the grant will have one year from the grant award date to take the test.
