Last week. Gov. Inslee modified the COVID-19 pharmacy storage proclamation, which has been extended through Jan. 19, 2021. The change in the proclamation is intended to give increased flexibility to pharmacies for storing the COVID-19 vaccines.
The proclamation includes waivers that enable pharmacies to utilize off-site storage for the vaccines, allows for redistribution of vaccines to facilitate effective vaccination and storing vaccines alongside laboratory materials due to limited ultra-cold freezer space.
