WSHA and the Foundation for Health Care Quality are teaming up to highlight how MultiCare Deaconess hospital is using the Newborn Administrative Day Rate to provide excellent care for substance-exposed dyads. The Newborn Administrative Day Rate was added last year and provides funding for hospitals providing medications for opiate use disorder to parents caring for their hospitalized newborn.
