On Nov. 17, Forks Community Hospital will be featured in a webinar on Enhancing Antibiotic Stewardship Programs in Critical Access Hospitals, sponsored by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). Director of Pharmacy Janet Schade, MS, RPh, will present a panel on the hospital’s CAH Antimicrobial Stewardship Program.
