This is the last week to sign up for the Women’s Healthcare Leadership Program. This year’s program features all-new women speakers and an impressive lineup of panelists to inspire the next wave of women leaders in health care.
The Women’s Healthcare Leadership Program is a 10-week virtual program that runs from April 18 to June 20, every Thursday from 8:30 – 11:30 a.m. Our program focuses on areas that are typically more challenging for women leaders or areas where women are typically underprepared:
- Executive presence
- Insights for empowered negotiations
- A tale of numbers: The role of CFO as chief storyteller
- Impostor syndrome, organizational culture & building high performing teams
We encourage Washington hospitals and health care facilities to support staff participation in this program and consider nominating women from groups that historically have faced barriers to leadership advancement, including women of color and the LGBTQ+ community. Please visit the Women’s Healthcare Leadership Program webpage for full details.
