WSHA has produced a short animated video highlighting the ER is for Emergencies program, which can be helpful this flu season when hospitals are seeing high volumes of patients suffering from the flu.
The video helps patients better understand when they can use virtual care, primary care or urgent care services, as the hospital ER should be reserved for serious or life-threatening emergencies.
