Following the success and rave reviews of our first cohort, we’re eager to continue empowering health care professionals with the foundational knowledge and skills needed to excel in quality improvement.
Our virtual initiative combines subject matter expertise with collaborative learning, offering engaging sessions and insightful group discussions and resources. In this 10-week virtual program, participants will learn quality improvement frameworks and strategies to streamline processes and improve outcomes for their organizations. This program is open to quality leaders, infection control professionals, new nurse leaders and anyone in the health care space leading quality improvement work.
“As a new quality leader, Quality 101 was a fantastic resource to help grow my knowledge of all of the different aspects of a successful quality program. Quality 101 utilized some of the best subject matter experts in Washington to truly help the group to understand the concepts. I highly recommend this course to anyone involved in Hospital Quality,” said Rhi Drake, quality, risk and compliance manager at Newport Hospital & Health Services.
