- Learn project management concepts, methodologies and best practices required to lead health care projects with confidence
- Complete a “real” project from start to finish in small groups and give presentations at the end for feedback
- The eight-week virtual course is $1,700 per person and starts Aug. 15
“Beyond Foundations: Determining Business Requirements” – 24 PDUs/contact hours
- Learn the concepts of business requirements, agile methodologies and frameworks, and how to handle projects with varying degrees of uncertainty
- Take part in small group discussions, case study exercises, hands-on simulations and presentations
- This eight-week virtual course costs $1,700 per person and starts Oct. 7
Bundle options – 48 PDUs/contact hours
- Bundle includes the Foundations course and Beyond Foundations course
- The bundle costs $2,625 per person (over $700 in savings)
