The Department of Health (DOH) announced changes to how documents and payments must be submitted to the Certificate of Need (CN) Program. According to the announcement, “Any documents to be submitted to the CN Program with a deadline may be submitted by attaching a pdf to an email. The CN Program must receive the e-mail with the pdf no later than 11:59pm on the due date. Submissions received by this time will be considered timely.” Additionally, all payments to the CN Program must continue to be sent by check to the CN Program Office. Payments should be sent using a service that provides a tracking number, and the tracking number should be provided to the CN Program via email. The full announcement can be read here.
