Department of Health ends level I & II trauma designation rulemaking

The Department of Health (DOH) has withdrawn proposed rules to alter the state trauma designation process due to substantial opposition from interested parties during the public rulemaking process (WSR 23-22-108 and WSR 23-22-109). With this rulemaking rescinded, DOH will use its current authority and rule for the designation of new trauma services.  (Zosia Stanley)
