Career Connect Washington (CCW), a governor-led initiative to increase postsecondary credential attainment in Washington State, has a new Data Analyst “Career Launch” program that could be a great fit for hospitals and health care systems.
This program pairs robust classroom instruction within Washington State University’s Bachelor’s Degree program in Data Analytics with paid, work-based training to prepare students for entry-level positions in data analytics across industries and functions, including quality, risk, finance, IT and HR.
CCW is looking for health care and hospital employer partners who would be interested in participating in this program during summer 2021. Participating organizations would offer paid internships with training and mentorship to students who successfully complete the employer interview process. Interns would be Washington State University students entering their senior year in the fall. Interested organizations can contact Andy.Ferrera@KineticWest.com or plan to join a webinar Oct. 30 at noon sharing details of this internship program and other opportunities with Career Connect Washington.
