Court ruling calls for improvements to long-term mental health care

Last Friday, frustrated Superior Court Commissioner Craig Adams issued a historic court opinion, ordering the state to start work immediately to improve the long-term mental health system and the capacity of Western State Hospital. House calls for heart health

Nearly one in four Americans needs to readmitted to the hospital following heart failure. However, Virginia Mason is working on a new way to knock that number down. Providence Health & Services, St. Joseph Health officially merge, commit to improving mental health

Providence Health & Services and St. Joseph Health have come together to create Providence St. Joseph Health, a not-for-profit health and social services system that will serve as the parent organization for more than 100,000 caregivers across seven states. Surgery expansion in rural Washington

Pullman Regional Hospital recently received a grant from the M. J. Murdock Charitable Trust to help fund the expansion of surgical services and upgrade operating room technology.
