In case you missed it: WSHA has released several resources related to a new omnibus bill amending Washington’s involuntary treatment laws for adults and minors that went into effect on June 11, 2020. There is a three-part bulletin series on the changes, including bulletins on the law’s key changes, use of video for ITA evaluations (adults only), and changes specific to the involuntary treatment of minors.
