Buprenorphine waiver training Feb. 27

CHOICE Regional Health Network will host a free virtual medication assisted treatment waiver training from 9a.m.-1p.m. Feb. 27, 2021. The training is open to providers interested in prescribing buprenorphine and any others who have patient contact, such as nurses, medical assistants, pharmacists, psychologists and social workers. The training will cover a variety of topics related to buprenorphine and opioid use disorder, and one of its key objectives is to provide evidence-based resources to ensure providers have the confidence to prescribe buprenorphine for patients with OUD.
