About the Presenter, Diane Adams, RN, MBA:
Diane Adams is co-founder of Symmetry Healthcare Strategies, LLC. Symmetry provides workforce management solutions to healthcare organizations, hospital associations and healthcare vendors throughout the United States. Diane’s professional experiences have been in the clinical, human resource, supplemental staffing and healthcare business workforce management areas. Diane runs the Washington State Registry Program in partnership with the Washington State Hospital Association and Washington Hospital Services.
Diane was at the forefront of launching the NJHA Registry Program, a highly successful, single-contract supplemental staffing solution for NJ Healthcare organizations and national supplemental healthcare agencies. Diane’s professional experiences have positioned her with a unique insight of administrative and staffing operational challenges within the healthcare supplemental staffing sector. While at NJHA, Diane was able to successfully enhance supplemental staffing efficiencies throughout the state of NJ and was instrumental in ensuring that essential quality assurance standards for contingent healthcare staff were reached and successfully maintained.
Diane is a registered nurse and obtained her BSN from the University of Delaware, and her MBA from Rider University. Diane is a member of NJ Association of Health Care Recruiters (NJAHCR), NJ League of Nursing, the American Organization of Nurse Executive, ONENJ, where she serves on the finance committee and NWONE.
