We learned how two hospital organizations compare in their search for commercial payment solutions to help their AP departments and earn revenues. The webinar highlighted goals, requirements, processes, solutions, ROI and benefits compared between the two organizations.
Participants learned how to measure and evaluate the commonality and impact on their organization, based on the review of these two hospitals. Additionally, they learned what to do when searching/exploring solutions and the financial benefit (an AP Profit Center) can have on your organization, whether large, medium or small. If your hospital(s) currently has an AP program in place, you are now empowered with insight to measure its success and performance as well as determine the value of utilizing a secondary program to enhance income from your AP Center.
