‘A Tale of Numbers: The Role of CFO as Chief Storyteller’ in Women’s Leadership Program

February 23, 2023

Registration is open for the 2023 Women’s Leadership Program. We’re excited to announce that this year’s CFO module will be designed and facilitated by Hilary Whittington, chief financial officer at Pulse Heart Institute and Chair of Washington Hospital Services Board. The module will cover why it’s important to recognize the CFO as the conscience of the organization, how to engage them to guide sound financial decision making and how to create an environment of partnership on the operational side as a financial leader.

The Women’s Leadership Program is designed to empower women from groups that historically have faced barriers to leadership advancement, including Black, Indigenous, and people of color (BIPOC) and the LGBTQ+ community. Take this opportunity to invest in high-potential women leaders in your organization and help them prepare for senior leadership and beyond.
