5,000 nursing assistants need to complete their exams by Oct. 5

Approximately 5,000 nursing assistants working in nursing homes must complete their exams by Oct. 5 or they will no longer be able to work. The Washington State Department of Health hopes to test all nursing assistants working in nursing homes by the end of September and is offering numerous testing opportunities before the end of August.
