Pam Knecht — who has provided consulting services to a wide range of industries and organizations throughout her 36-year career — will deliver a keynote presentation at the 42nd Annual Rural Hospital Leadership Conference in Chelan on Tuesday, June 26. Pam has deep expertise in non-profit health care. In the last 22 years, she has focused on assisting boards and CEOs with strategic planning; governance education; assessment; restructuring and development; organizational diagnosis and change management; team effectiveness; physician collaboration; and merger and affiliation facilitation.
She is a faculty member for The Governance Institute, iProtean and numerous state hospital associations.
