Significant portions of Washington’s new nurse staffing law, House Bill 1714 become effective on January 1, 2019. Collaborative and high-functioning staffing committees are critical to ensuring success under the new law. This webinar will provide helpful tools and best practices to support staffing committees.
WSHA, in collaboration with SEIU 1199NW, UFCW 21, and the Washington State Nursing Association came together to support implementation of the new law. The coalition worked to develop a toolkit and implementation resources to support hospitals and staffing committees.
