COVID Recovery Registry
COVID INSPIRE study- A national collaboration that uses digital tools to gather information from patients recovering from COVID in order to produce actionable insights to combat the pandemic. Provides small compensation for completing surveys about post-COVID symptoms. Note: you must have tested positive in the last 4 weeks.
