Hospital Safety Net Assessment
The hospital safety net assessment brings in new federal Medicaid funding for hospitals,  shores up the hospital safety net, and preserves services to Medicaid and Apple Health for Kids enrollees.  Some legislators are now trying to undo the assessment.
