Model Dashboard Report
This model dashboard provides a sample of an integrated report to the hospital's governing board. It is a quick, one page information page with color coding for what is doing well and what might need more focus.
Quality Measure Trended Reports
These detail reports provide the governing board with a trended view with action plan for each quality measure. Benchmark data along with an explanation of the measure is included.
NOTE: To edit the PowerPoint, you will need to download the file to your computer. Select "File" from the options at the top of the screen, then "Save As" to save to your computer.
Printable Dashboard Report
This dashboard report is designed to be printed out for use in hospital board meetings. Current hospital data can be easily entered on the "Data" worksheet of this excel file.
