Safe Tables offer the opportunity for hospitals to work together to address patient safety issues. These protected learning collaboratives provide a place for staff to share best practices, seek advice from peers, and learn from national experts in a confidential setting. Safe Table meetings are held both in person and over web conferences.
The Eliminating Hospital Acquired Infections Safe Table offers hospitals addresses best practices to prevent a variety of infections including:
- Central Line
- Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA)
- Ventilator Associated Pneumonia
- Surgical Site Infections
- Urinary Tract Infections
Materials and slides from past Safe Tables are available to member hospitals who have signed the Safe Table confidentiality agreement.
