WSHA is moving away from using Survey Monkey to Collect PFE and RRT data

January 29, 2018

Starting in 2018, The Washington State Hospital Association will be using the Quality Benchmarking System (QBS) data portal instead of Survey Monkey to collect the Patient and Family Engagement (PFE) and Rapid Response Team (RRT) quarterly data. The new system should make the data submission process easier for hospitals.

A big thank you to the following staff and hospitals who completed the end user testing to help improve QBS processes: Natalie Almond, PeaceHealth; Mandee Olsen and Amy Diaz, Kittitas Valley Healthcare; Casey Brown, Confluence Health; Stephanie Fisher, Legacy Health; and our Alaska State Hospital and Nursing Home Association partners, Patricia Atkinson and Debbie Lowenthal.

It is important for all hospitals to submit their data to WSHA in a timely manner. If you have any questions regarding PFE/RRT, please reach out to Melina Ovchiyan.
