Kadlec nurses ratify contract
Registered nurses at Kadlec Regional Medical Center overwhelmingly approved a new three-year contract on Monday. The contact includes 3 percent wage increases for the next three years, retroactive to October, and retains benefits with increased accrual caps.

Seattle Cancer Care Alliance – Fred Hutch transplant survival rates among best in U.S.
The Fred Hutch Bone Marrow Transplant Program at Seattle Cancer Care Alliance (SCCA) has earned recognition from the Center for International Blood and Marrow Transplant Research for outperforming its expected one-year survival rates for allogeneic transplant patients. This recognition is held by only 17 of 173 stem cell transplant programs nationwide.
