The Northwest Organization of Nurse Leaders (NWONL) is offering a mentorship opportunity for nurse leaders in Northwest hospitals. NWONL Executive Director Cindi M. Warburton DNP, ARNP, FNP, has asked WSHA to share the program announcement with our members.
NWONL is a long-standing community partner of WSHA’s, and several WSHA staff RNs are personally involved in the organization. We highly recommend this opportunity and hope you consider participating!
These are certainly challenging times, and the thought of adding just one more “thing” may seem like just too much. However, this may also be the exact time when mentoring or being mentored is what would be most helpful to nourish your nursing soul. NWONL is offering members access to an 8-month guided mentor program developed by industry experts from MentorLead .
NWONL members can participate (at no cost!) and there is still time to sign up before it kicks off in mid-January. NWONL members can access the MentorLead portal through the website once you are logged in. Sign up to be mentored, to mentor or keep it open as an option for both. Questions? Need help?
