Sunnyside Community Hospital & Clinics and, pending acquisitions, Toppenish Community Hospital and Yakima Regional Medical and Cardiac Center are combining to become Regional Health. Once complete, the health system will be comprised of 316 beds, 11 rural health clinics, 609 medical staff members, two imaging centers, three home health agencies, one ambulatory surgery center and one hospice.
John Gallagher and Cary Rowan have been appointed CEO and CFO of Regional Health, respectively. Brian Gibbons has been appointed as CEO of Sunnyside Community Hospital & Clinics, transitioning out of his role as COO. Also, Mike Long has been appointed as CFO of Sunnyside Community Hospital & Clinics.
