The Washington State Health Care Authority (HCA) recently released an updated draft of its Multi-payer Primary Care Transformation Model (PCTM) and is seeking stakeholder feedback through a survey. The deadline to share survey feedback is Friday, November 19, 2021.
HCA hopes to finalize the model by December 2021 and begin implementation January 2023. The updated model draft includes additional detail on provider accountabilities and implementation strategy. The model seeks to align quality measures and payment among payors, though details related to payment are yet to be determined.
