The American Hospital Association (AHA) and the American Medical Group Association (AMGA) are seeking participants to join their learning collaborative on managing population health and succeeding in new physician payment models that take effect in early 2019. As a current AHA or AMGA member, your organization is eligible for the exclusive program. The AHA-AMGA Learning Collaborative is a national-level, comprehensive program that addresses the critical success factors, such as leadership, culture, structure, executions, alignment, risk and transforming to alternative payment models.
